‘Formed’ sounds an
important word,
ticks crisply to
one notch up.
                   Hearing is not
twilight, your voice
is not downy, not
goosefeathers—
I will make
                   sound
like a Person, like a
Window Opening, like
a Piano to-
gether—
        Order your
        Court, consort your
        Horses— surely,
You are important
Amorphous
           Un-
Formed;
These     words     are     enough     born,
larger.

I am having trouble displaying the appropriate spacing for this poem on the blog. Look for new edits once I figure out how to do the correctly.
I think I can help you with the formatting. You'll need to insert the proper HTML code for non-breaking spaces. For each extra space, type an ampersand, then the letters nbsp, then a semicolon. No spaces in between the characters. If you do it correctly, you'll get lines like this:
like a Person, like a
Window Opening, like a Piano to-
Sorry, I hope I'm not interpolating caesuras too lightly into your text.
I really like the poem. The reversal is a nice twist on the classical palinode.
Whoops, I completely messed up my attempt to format your text. I was trying for this:
like a Person, like a
Window Opening,
like a Piano to-
gether
Thanks for the help on the formatting! I appreciate any input in that department!
